Fais Group further strengthens KALOGIROU’s presence in the luxury retail sector with the opening of a new concept store in the heart of Mykonos, housed within the historic Venieris House. Dating back to the late 19th century and designed by Mykonian architect Dimitris Venieris, the listed landmark has been meticulously restored with the utmost respect for its architectural heritage, transforming it into a contemporary luxury destination while preserving its authentic character.
The restoration reflects Fais Group’s ongoing commitment to preserving and celebrating Greece’s cultural and architectural heritage, creating a harmonious dialogue between Mykonos’ rich history and the evolving world of luxury retail.
Inspired by Cycladic architecture and Mediterranean craftsmanship, the interiors combine original architectural features with contemporary design elements. The building’s distinctive façade, traditional balconies, handcrafted details and carefully selected materials come together to create a refined environment defined by timeless elegance and exceptional aesthetics.
Spanning three levels, the new concept store features dedicated spaces for Chloé, Brunello Cucinelli and Ferragamo, alongside a curated selection of internationally renowned luxury brands, including Tod’s, Burberry, Jimmy Choo, Dolce & Gabbana, Amina Muaddi, Proenza Schouler, The Attico, Etro, Le Silla, Casadei, Paris Texas and Santoni. The store offers a complete luxury assortment across ready-to-wear, footwear, handbags and accessories.
More than a retail destination, the KALOGIROU Mykonos Concept Store embodies Fais Group’s vision of creating distinctive spaces where architectural heritage, refined design and international luxury fashion come together. Its opening marks another important milestone in KALOGIROU’s continued evolution, further reinforcing the Group’s presence in the luxury retail sector.
