Fais family have been active in the real estate sector since 1999, leading the Greek commercial market into a new era. The family’s portfolio in the department store sector included the country’s first outlet store, “Factory Outlet,” which quickly became established as the ultimate shopping destination in Athens. Furthermore, in 2005, Fais family expanded their activities by creating the premium department store “Attica” in the heart of Athens. In 2007, the family sold their stake in the business ventures, with the vision of developing new projects in the commercial real estate sector.

Having gained experience and expertise from these two successful department stores and aiming to further increase its footprint in the commercial real estate sector, the Group launched “One Salonica Outlet Mall” in 2015. The company manages the ground floor and the first floor of the outlet shopping center, which has a total area of 12,000 sq.m., located in Thessaloniki. Additionally, since 2017, the Group has acquired the management of the historic “Modiano Market” in Thessaloniki.
