The Group’s journey in the Real Estate sector is marked by pivotal moves that have defined both its trajectory and the identity of the market over time. Fais family created Factory Outlet, the first Outlet Center in Greece, with a total area of 14,000 sq.m., located on Piraeus Street. They also partnered with Piraeus Bank to establish Attica, the premium department store on Panepistimiou Street, with a total area of 20,000 sq.m., which since its opening in December 2004 has brought a fresh new shopping experience to the center of Athens.
Of course, the Group’s successful ventures would not be complete without the One Salonica Outlet Mall. Under the newly established company One Outlet S.A., the largest outlet mall in Northern Greece (30,000 sq.m., with the Group managing 12,000 sq.m.) has since April 2015 revitalized the commercial landscape of the western part of Thessaloniki, transforming the retail environment in the city.
